18.01.2022 Are you guilty for saying "I will start tomorrow, or on monday, or in the new year" etc when trying to motivate yourself to tick off your weightloss journey or body goal? It is so common that by the end of the year we either procrastinate or postpone a goal due to some excuse. But in reality it is actually harder to start a goal than it is to keep going with a goal. with our challenges and sessions, we update you, provide you motivation, help you achieve your goals and allow you to still have fun! this coming new year. What is one thing you are going to do?
18.01.2022 Often I hear some may quit their work out early or they say they tried everything to lose weight or wish they had the body type they want but beat themselves up for not having it. Working out, training and having PT sessions are not an easy fix to losing weight overnight. It takes time and progress for you to lose weight and to get to where you want to be. As they say, Rome wasn't built in a day! we all want to look incredible, to feel incredible. But we all need to start somewhere! know that taking the first step to signing up to gym, pt sessions or group sessions is already one step closer to your goal. Don't give up too quickly! notice that everyday is one step closer :) it may take up to a year or a few months but trust me. IT is worth it.

13.01.2022 The top 3 fast fat loss hacks 1. Focus on fat loss not weight loss (big difference) Don’t starve yourself eat good clean protein to make sure you are getting enough fuel.... 2. You can’t out exercise a bad diet. It’s calories in verse calories out, and the type of calorie you eat counts. The healthier your gut the more you can break down food then store fat. Take a good probiotic and just be really contious of what you put in your body. To burn off 1 peanut mnm you would have to run the length of a footy field twice. A burger meal with chips and a drink is 6 hours of cardio. 3. The 10 hour feed Eat for 10 hours of the day and that is it. Set an alarm for 10 hours after you take your first bite. Fasting it does work!
