18.01.2022 My journey started 8 months after I had my 2nd child 7 years ago. I was never into fitness prior to this but I did try to go to the gym a few times just so I could be more fit. Well like most people I lost motivation and just gave up. 7 years ago I fell into some big life changes, well I believe it was my mid life crisis Well I started to turn to fitness to make myself feel better. There were days where I would sprint on the treadmill with my ear phones on and music up ...full blast. Sometimes the tears started to fall so to distract myself I started to sprint even faster. I then realised that this made me feel so much better and it distracted me from thinking stupid things. So I continued to do so every day, 6 days a week and sometimes 7 days straight. Then 3 months down the track I saw results, which made me so happy. These small changes made me strive for more results. Now 2019, here I stand. I became a personal trainer so I can motivate others like myself with a story behind their WHY. Never give up guys!! Train hard, the results will come I promise. Xoxo
