But I’m totally taking a second to appreciate my incredible clients who have not eaten their life away even though their Comp is postponed, they have understood and applied flexibility in all parts of their plan, they have remained extremely focused, positive and strong. They have kept communication high daily and really put their heart into their goals. When things get hella bumpy we gotta get creative and work work work. People often say to me oh are you done now or are you just relaxing or what’s next .... - What’s funny is, a lot of people don’t take me as seriously when my body is softer looking. This blows my mind because I’m in fact 1000x better then I was 6 months ago. My hormone panel is PICTURE PERFECT, I’ve added some incredible credentials to my profile and I’m absolutely loving the work I’m doing with my online competition, lifestyle and babyfit pregnancy clients. This is the reality of the fitness industry and a wide variety of poorly educated opinions. Sure- you might not have things they way you want or imagined them to be, but EVERYTHING ADDS UP. Small actions executed consistently can lead to HUGE results. Even the smallest DECISIONS you make daily all add up (or lack there of) to the success in your life. ... So are you going to throw the towel in and be an 'all or nothing' kind of person, or are you going to FIGHT BACK and get creative!?!?!?!? Common sense and hard work every single day adds up big time. 01.01.2022 How I got started in the world of competing - Being a dancer all my life and owning my own dance studio at 17... I personally missed being onstage and performing myself. My love for creativity, choreography and ‘sparkles’ never faded. It just changed a bit. I literally decided to compete because I saw a stunning fitness model in a magazine and said ‘ YEAH OK- I’ll do that...’ (oddly enough most of my major life decisions occur JUST like that... ) - and that began ...my journey as a natural amateur bikini athlete, going on to earn professional status, judging Qld shows and now holding a Southern Universe & National title, with my last show earning a second place world ranking. - Competing has been more for me than I could ever imagine. It’s helped me cut the bullshit excuses in many parts of my life and allowed me to have an incredible fulfilling career - I miss the stage and yes I’ll be back - Who would have thought that the most uncomfortable, challenging tasks in life actually do lead you to true happiness See more
