Fitness isn't purely about exercise, if you don't have the time in your day to spend 1hr at the gym you can focus on your health and fitness in a variety of ways: 1. Be conscious of your nutrition... 2. Be active. Go for short walks throughout your day. 3. Improve your flexibility and mobility by doing quick stretches and movements. These can be done IN your CHAIR :) WATER WATER WATER.... Drink it!
