As a trainer, being present (full attention) while training a client is the best service we can give to the client instead of checking our mobile phone notifications or thinking what to do next.... DND time: Putting aside some time for yourself to refill your cup so that you can become the best version of yourself. Eg: Turn on air plane mode on your mobile phone while exercising or on your lunch break or 1 or 2 hr before bed time. Detox your mind: Stop scrolling your social media and News Feeds mindlessly. Reduce the time watching TV/News which gives you anxiety especially during this pandemic. Mindfulness Practice: Doing some kind of mindfulness practice: Meditation, journaling, Practicing Yoga, Stretching, Mindful eating, Mindful Workout, Practice Gratitude.

12.01.2022 NO BETTER TIME TO EXERCISE Its unlikely that you need more reasons to go out and get moving, but in the age of the coronavirus, a steady workout routine could be your best friend. A couple notes, though: make sure to practice proper hygiene at the gym and try to march into a routine at a reasonable pace, if you havent already been exercising. Similar to injury, infection is a friend to sudden shifts or changes in movement and lifestyle. You want to build up slowly, and your immune system will build up right alongside it.

We are still offering our online & mobile personal training services to keep healthy routines of our valued clients. Its been one of the toughest weeks for many people. Weve had to think quick, learn new skills and completely pivot everything we have been doing. We are so incredibly grateful to have our loyal clients and support our business during this difficult time. We are so deter...mined that we will not only get through this while continuing to provide the support for health, wellness and exercise for all our clients, but we all will come out the other side stronger, smarter, fitter and ready to make an epic impact on so many more lives.
