23.01.2022 From today, please make sure you scan our QR code when you come to the gym! There is one located at the scan in at reception as well as the front door scanner. It is important that you scan your 24 hour gym key tag FIRST, then the QR code. Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask desk staff. It’s meant to be very quick & simple, but don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t work smoothly at first, it’s a learning curve for everyone. Thanks team.

22.01.2022 Happy Monday Some #mondaymotivation for you all. Here’s our lovely member Dawn getting in some sets on our Pec Dec machine. Dawn & her husband Ian (white shirt in the background) have been members with us since 2017. At 82 & 83 years old, they have been one of our most consistent members, coming 3-4 times a week. They spend their time in the weights & cardio areas to maintain their strength & overall health and well-being. This helps them to still be able to live life to ...their fullest #noexcuses. 03.01.2022 GYM CLOSURE Unfortunately we've been screwed again, with Gyms copping the sh*t end of the stick. (JB Hi Fi, you're more than welcome to stay open though, or perhaps you can go clubbing in the city - "essentials", am I right?) Yes, all debits are on hold for the next fortnight. You do not need to call the gym to organise this, it happens automatically - just like last time.... All Upfront memberships will also be adjusted accordingly. We will be giving an update announcement in a few days time, whilst we decide what the best way to move forward is. The gym is absolutely no more at risk than a shopping centre, so please, if we are actually going to alleviate the risk of a second wave, just stay home. If you're feeling unwell, stay home, just as you would with a flu. See you all in 2 weeks time. (Or maybe sooner, who knows...) Stay safe, enjoy the sunshine & stay active. Team FFHC.
