22.01.2022 It was only 5 degrees today in the morning when Liz came for her session. It would've been very easy for her to just pass on today, but she was committed. She showed up and smashed out her session.

16.01.2022 We work on Mirella's deadlifts every 2 weeks. Last week she hit a personal best of 75kgs for 5 reps on the hex bar. Don't let the weight she is lifting fool you. Mirella isn't that tall and doesn't way much. ... So to be lifting 75kgs is very impressive.

09.01.2022 This week I decided to go at bit heavier on bench press. I haven't been working in the strength range much lately, more in the hypertrophy range. This week I felt really good and decided to get back into some heavier weights. ... I was able to get 5 sets of 4 reps at 105kgs.

08.01.2022 This week in Monday's circuit group session Jim and John did an awesome job. It was challenging and by the end they certainly knew they'd done a workout.

04.01.2022 Maria is a new client. This week was only her second session. This is the first time I've had her do Barbell back squats.... She's already lifting 40kgs for 10 reps. I can't wait to see Maria progress in her sessions and her goals.
