24.01.2022 It's Fitness For Living 1-week mid term break, so there are no outdoor group sessions this week. The Team, however, have been given homework to do and they won't let us down . We'll be back outdoors today week

18.01.2022 Saturday marked the official finish of Fitness For Living Season 4, yet another great season with great results for our FFL'ers!! There will be one extra session held on Saturday 2 July 2016 8.00 am. Come join us, start the weekend on a high and inspire yourself on your way to the voting booth . Check out what we're all about ahead of our whole new and exciting season starting straight after our winter break!

18.01.2022 What did you do this weekend? Fitness For Living Team started it off by defying the cold and the rain and showing up for our Saturday morning session. As always they put everything they've got into the workouts given to them, tackling some intense body weight and cardio exercises, some more complex requiring extra coordination and balance. The fast progress of our newer members is amazing to see and the continued determination of our not so new members is just inspirational!
