23.01.2022 Are you okay? If you paused, then perhaps you’re not. That’s okay. When in doubt, get OUTSIDE! Breathe, take a walk, run or ride.... STAY CONNECTED with friends, plan a weekly walk or Zoom! Or try this circuit to work your muscles. Crab walk (with or without a resistance band) - nice and deep and 20 steps in each direction. TRX or Resistance band rows 15-20 KB Swings x 20 (or 1 min) Air Bike 30 secs - 1 min Bench-top or Bench Seat Push Up’s 12-15 If you don’t have any resistance bands use a pair of old tights, no kettlebell (a heavy backpack/bag). Improvise, replace an exercise and try to repeat 3 to 4 times! Twist someone’s arm to do it with you! I guarantee you’ll have a laugh, no doubt a whinge and possibly sweat a little! Squat n’ touch, jump 180 degrees & repeat x 10... Plank 30 secs to one minute Dumbbell Snatch (water bottle) 10-12 per side Dumbbell Hip Lifts x 15 Dumbbell Flyes x 12-15 Dumbell Bicep curl to press x 12-15 Repeat 3 times, vary your reps to suit...feel better about any Sunday over indulgences.

18.01.2022 We are missing you all!! Stage 4 has been rough but we are so close to being able to open! For those of you wondering about why we cannot do outdoor PT. We must have council permits and ‘outdoor’ insurance, neither of which we have. ... So...bare with us, hopefully we will be open sooner rather than later! We have just signed our new lease for another 5 years beginning January 2021, so we are not going anywhere!! We will be chasing you down very soon. For the continued safety of all of our existing clients and families we will not be taking any new clients until next year. Give it a go...if you don’t have a power band/tubing use a pair of stockings! ... High knee into lateral lunge 10-12 per side Kneeling lunge, band row - 10-12 per side Plank (modify to your knees) 30 secs to 1 min Fire Hydrants 10-12 per side Dead bug band pull over 10-12 reps Superman lift with band pull 10-12r reps Repeat 3 times!! 06.01.2022 HELLO FROM QUEENSLAND! Yes, we train on holidays!! And the gym at Big 4 Sandstone Point is all shiny and new with camp sights views! We have had a somewhat anxious trip not knowing if we would be stuck in Queensland due to the Brisbane lockdown effecting our return. ... However, we are pleased to report previously listed Red Zones in Queensland have been reclassified to Orange for that entire period. So we can return Wednesday 27th Jan, be tested and isolate until we get a negative result. All going well the studio will reopen Friday 29th Jan. We can’t wait to see you all!

Now it’s time to kick Coronavirus seriously to the curb! Play by the rules. Family, friends, community....do it for us!
