16.01.2022 Dear ladies, It has been a journey Building core strength for myself, after 2 kids. Still learning everyday from amazing people like @munirahudanipt with her free guidelines online. Thank you @munirahudanipt you are very kind. : Why I am so much into building core? Since I have started my personal training PT , lots of my ladies friends has back issues OR have no idea about the importance of core. So, I am constantly teaching to breath, engage and strengthening core. So,... we all can live quality life. : Why core strength is so important? The core is your eintire support system: The core muscles play a huge role in daily activities, from walking down the street, bending over to grab toys/purse/shopping bags to getting out of bed. But far and foremost, they help you to stay upright. Your abs are not just one muscle; its consist of the transverse abdominis ("the corset" - to stabalize spine and pelvis), two layers of obliques (to contral lateral flexion, like side bends, rotation and other spinal movements) and the rectus abdominis (the "six-pack", flexes your torso like a crunch). This note is taken from @mominbalance : : Some awesome people I would like to mention, who supports women’s health, with their best knowledge and abilities. : @kimmy_fitness @ptforwomen @mypelvicfloormuscles @munirahudanipt @chevronislandladies @pregercise @the.happy.pelvis @drdrewmoffrey @parents2b @ptrainershonda @mishfit @mamastefit @ladybirdpt : #gcmums #goldcoastmumsandbubs #core #core engagement ##goldcoastmums #supportmothers #supportmums #fullbodyworkout #lowimpact #womenshealth #ladieswithbaby #diastasisrecti

16.01.2022 Hello ladies!!! : The transverse abdominal (TA) muscle is the deepest of the 6 abdominal muscles. 1 It extends between the ribs and the pelvis, wrapping around the trunk from front to back. The fibers of this muscle run horizontally, just like a back support belt might be worn. https://www.verywellhealth.com tr... :... Just an eye opener from @munirahudanipt That Diastasis rectus abdominis /DRA has less to do with how many fingers fit in between your rectus abdominis and more to do with your core’s ability to manage and regulate loads, pressure and forces. In fact, the width of lines Alba is not correlated with core function. : Hopefully this post has given you some ideas to take it with you. . : I am sharing, what I am learning so, we all can spread the message even faster and more. : #diastasisrecti #learn #postnatal #gcpostnatal #goldcoastmums #gcmums #supportmothers #womenshealth #shareknowledge #tummyseparation #coreseperation See more
