25.01.2022 For the next 3 weeks we'll be running a multi skills sports program at St James Primary Banora Point for 150 of their students!! We kicked off our first session today for 50 kindergarten children & unfortunately due to photo restrictions we weren't able to share all of the fantastic fun we had today! The kindergarten teachers were well impressed by how engaged the children were as we worked through the giant parachute & inflatable ball, scoop ball games, octopus tag, some che...eky water balloon activities & hula hooping madness!! We'll run more sessions for their year 1 & 2 students in the upcoming weeks & we're thrilled that the school has hired us to deliver these program's as they cannot take the children on outside excursions due to COVID restrictions. 24.01.2022 We've just finished putting on a truly awesome water session for all of our friends at Me & My House Child Care Centre! We've been running a weekly fitness/ sport's class for all of their toddlers & preschooler's this year & we're always humbled by their support, feedback & eagerness for our classes!! Thankyou to all the children, families & the wonderful staff!! See you next year!

24.01.2022 Today we rounded up our 3rd sports session in as many weeks for St James Primary Banora Point. We worked with 55 year 1 students this afternoon & 160 students (K-2) in total over the past 3 Friday's!! It was a great experience for us as well as the children who absolutely loved it!! We look forward to visiting the school again in the future & hope to visit many more Primary Schools this year & next!! Have a great weekend everyone!

23.01.2022 WOW. What a day!! Massive thanks to Wyrallah Road Public School & the parents for getting us in to deliver a HUGE rewards day for their stage 2 & 4/5E students!! We're pleased to say that the day was a success with the children absolutely LOVING it! We're also pleased to say that today was our BIGGEST booking in our history- check out these stats!!: 160 children. 3 seperate groups at 1.5 hours each. 1600 water balloons (4 hours labour of filling, storing & loading)... 2 ute loads of equipment. 7 hours of setting up, running the activities & packing up!! Thanks for today Kidz- your behaviour was exceptional! Thanks to the canteen ladies- your food was yummy!

18.01.2022 We've had a spectacular afternoon at Myf's 8th b'day party today!! Held at Cherry Street Sports Ballina (fast becoming one of our FAVOURITE venues to host a Fitness Kidz party or event), the children had an absolute blast for 1 hour as we ran them through 8 different energy burning & active activities! All of the parent's were very satisfied & relaxed as they chilled out & watched their children have so much FUN!! 17.01.2022 Please join me in congratulating Miss Casey, who's been working with me for over a year, assisting with our larger bookings! She's been doing really well & recently instructed her first solo Fitness Kidz class at Rainbow Children's Centre! If the weather holds up she'll be running 2 sessions at Me & My House Child Care Centre tomorrow! She interacts with the children beautifully & at 21 years old she's the same age when I first started Fitness Kidz! (makes ya feel old!) -Mr Brad

17.01.2022 It was an absolute pleasure working with 55 year 2 students & their teachers at St James Primary Banora Point today! With gale force winds & the fact that it was a Friday arvo, the energy levels were huge & we're glad that everyone had fun! 16.01.2022 Happy Saturday guys!! Today like many children, my daughter finished her first season of soccer! It's been fun watching her give it a go & it was really cool for myself that she finished the season in Kyogle which is where I started my own soccer journey back when I was 7 at good old Don Gulley Oval! 14.01.2022 Year 1's turn at St James Primary Banora Point this afternoon!!

14.01.2022 The children, teacher's & ourselves had the best time this afternoon as we provided a rewards/ fun day for St Joseph's Primary School Coraki (K-6). The school requested a slip n slide activity on top of our standard activities so we popped into Bunnings & purchased the best slip n slide of all time... the mighty black plastic! The children constructed their own obstacle course to incorporate the slide as the finish. Not even the School Principal could resist as he had a few turns himself- what legend!! This was our 2nd visit to SJPSC & we've loved it both times!

( yeah he's got a hectic social life) Running, jogging or sprinting up stairs is a fantastic way to keep fit! 10.01.2022 We put on a fun 1.5 hour program at Rainbow East Ballina Vacation care today!! Absolutely brilliant conditions for the giant parachute & inflatable ball!! We asked the children for some feedback & we got a 10/10 rating & some serious thumbs up! Thanks guys!! 07.01.2022 Today at vacation care, after we warmed the children up with the giant parachute & inflatable ball we played some octopus tag, water balloon activities & super soaker fun! Then we dried them off with tugowar & 3 legged racing!! #toomuchfun

07.01.2022 Our most recent junior fitness program has seen the children at Me & My House Child Care Centre & Rainbow Children's Centre learn how to perform forward rolls correctly! We also touched on the nutritional side of being fit & healthy by playing a fun 'fruit salad' guessing game!

05.01.2022 Today was our final visit of the year at Rainbow Children's Centre! We've been running a weekly fitness/ sport's program for their 3-5 year old room & they requested a water session so we of course obliged! The children, parents & staff have absolutely loved our visits & we're thrilled to say that they are booking us in again for 2021! 03.01.2022 This time last year we'd normally be posting a big thankyou post however, we're not quite finished yet this year! I would like to take a moment & share with you all some of my favourite pictures that I've captured on the road with Coles. Having this job during the pandemic has been a real life saver for myself. With FK completely shutting down during the first lockdowns it was a real scare & I'm grateful to the team at Coles Ballina. Driving/ delivering for Coles has kept me... ferociously fit all year & has been paramount for my mental health- even allowing me time to brainstorm new ideas for FK! If there's one thing I've learnt from the pandemic it's that it's ok to slow things down a little, reassess, then follow through with clarity, conviction & positivity.
