25.01.2022 Todays deadlifting went reasonably well, few things to work on but its getting there. Starting weight 180kg + 10kg after each successful rep, finishing with 250kg
24.01.2022 Something a little different for this arvo, weighted pull ups and dips. Bodyweight of 100kg + roughly 25kg in chains. Felt pretty good considering Im the heaviest Ive ever been, may be time to lose a couple of kgs though

20.01.2022 Joined in with mum today and decide to finish up with some trap bar deads, everything was feeling good so we both hit PBS. Mum = 100kg and Myself = 280kg. Now to hit those numbers on a straight bar

19.01.2022 Deadlifts this morning, still working through some extra volume. Did 10 sets of 3 reps today with 175kg + chains every 90 seconds. Followed by 3 sets of pause reps at 175kg.
18.01.2022 Little bit of an Axle Deadlift ladder today, we started at 80kg and went up 10kg every rep. I managed to be the last man standing so the guys made me do the rest of the reps all in a row thanks for the push The weights show are from 200-250

17.01.2022 My biggest goals for rugby this year were to just try to have some fun and not take it too seriously. Having a jam with the little brother @trentormsby1 definitely makes it more fun Also happy I can still move somewhat with all this extra weight
16.01.2022 Every 2 minutes 10 Deadlifts at 150kg x 5 sets. Absolutely destroyed but enjoyed the extra volume. Staying away from 1 rep maxes for a few weeks and putting the body through some extra sets and reps before revisiting 1RM again.
15.01.2022 Hard work and determination! 4 days a week mum comes to the morning classes, regardless of what is programmed for that day she gets in and gets it done. 120kg sled pull this morning, close to 2 times body weight! Absolutely smashing it (equal 2nd heaviest pull this morning)

11.01.2022 Form is average but its still 5 x 225kg in under a minute. Nice little finisher to todays deadlifts. Excuse the weird facial expressions but thats all apart of strongman training
11.01.2022 The gang pushing me again! I asked for 15kg plates and they talked me into 20s First time in the mono and only used the wraps a few times but happy with that lift. Getting more comfortable under the heavier bar 206kg x 1

06.01.2022 170kg x 2 felt decent but having to tuck my shorts into my skins to prevent another pair from ripping Any suggestions on shorts I can wear for squats that wont rip and risk exposing certain body parts would be great. Ive ripped 3-4 pairs this year and all have been different brands
