22.01.2022 DEADLIFT PROGRESSIONS Week Four: BB Deadlift with Weight Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing some Deadlift progression videos with you all.... For beginners, it is not recommended to jump straight into deadlifts. Last week, we focused on our BB Deadlift which is a great way to begin practicing with a barbell. Once you are confident in the BB Deadlift, you can then progress into a BB Deadlift with weight. During this exercise, ensure you are hinging from the hips with slightly bended knees. Brace your core and maintain a neutral spine! Aim for 2-3 sets of 10-15 reps

18.01.2022 CHANTELLES KITCHEN Todays Recipe: Vanilla & Strawberry Cheesecake Whenever Im craving something sweet, this is my go to!... I track my foods so if I know Im going to be having something like this, I adjust my meals throughout the day to save macros for dessert! This recipe is for 1 serving and I usually just make it in a glass cup or jar! I also like to switch it up sometimes and use blueberries instead of strawberries but you guys can use any fruit you like! We’re big believers in having a simple plan of attack ready to help you stay on track if you’re triggered. Because you didn’t co...me this far to only come this far, here’s how: - Make a list of 3 things that trip you up. (It could be attending family functions, stress, anything. Listen to yourself here.) - Next to each of those 3 things, write down one small, actionable step that can help you overcome it and course correct. - Save this list and put it into practice!
