12.01.2022 After 11 years and about 12,000 sessions it’s time for PT Dave to hang up his Dumbbells! I have been proud to start up and build an exciting mobile personal training business MaxNRG PT and then to create and open my main goal - Personal Training Studio Moonee Valley Health and Fitness. It has been awesome to set this up with my great mate Russ who has been there from the beginning and who I will now hand the full reigns over to his more than capable hands. I’d like to take t...his opportunity to thank Russ for all the hard work and long hours over the years we really have set up something amazing and we should also be proud of what we have achieved. I have also worked with some amazing trainer’s over the years and have enjoyed learning new training styles and working alongside a committed team to keep our business running smoothly. Especially to our current team, Sam, Jeremy and Samantha. Lastly I want to thank all my amazing clients that have been part of my PT career, some for nearly 10 years. Your commitment and motivation to train hard and reach your goals has been inspiring and made it easy for me to come to work every day. Now for me, it’s family time, new opportunities and SLEEP INS!
