10.01.2022 Do you find it difficult to figure out if youve eaten too much in a day or too little??? Think about your food intake as water in a bottle. As you eat you fill the container up more and more. When you expend energy in the form of exercise or other activities a bit of the water is drained out (calories) If you keep filling up your bottle and not emptying any out then it will overflow in the form of stored fat. Look at your day as a whole and if you are less active you need less water in the bottle!
