Drinking water is important. Eating whole foods is important. Hitting your protein target is important. Yeah, there's a lot of 'important' things on this journey - but these things don't just help you lose fat/build muscle, they help you be healthier and in turn happier



13.01.2022 Back in the gym again with B! Working on our face pulls and getting her right arm to flare out a bit. We're getting there! Woohoo! (B has Celebral Palsy that affects her right side)

11.01.2022 Could, or would, you eat crickets? Apparently they are the next big thing in the "superfood" realm as they are high in protein and would help with climate change (being that they take up much less space and resources - like food and water - to farm). I haven't tried them yet, not sure if I could stomach the idea!
