24.01.2022 The improvement from Ben is a credit to how hard he has worked. 6 months ago Ben started training 3 times a week with myself. The top video is Ben 6 months ago trying his hardest to do sit ups, but his core strength wouldn’t let him sit all the way up without hurting his back. the video on the bottom is Ben yesterday the way he has been doing sit ups for a while now and his core strength is getting stronger and stronger every session, MASSIVE improvement

For As long as you’re trying to copy someone else, you will never be the best copy cat. But what you can be is the best version of yourself, your only competition is that person in the mirror working towards whatever goal you have. This is Blain, The top 2 photos weighing in at 230kgs, wasn’t able to do star ju...mps, wasn’t able to lift his legs and jump, so we compromised and kept feet on the ground and did the same motion. The middle photo is a MASSIVE circuit he finished in under 10 mins And the bottom 2 Videos are Blain weighing in at 114 Kgs, Losing so far 116kgs. Being able to Do and I quote Things I never ever ever thought I would be able to do in my life endless amount of skipping, Full sit-ups with a weight in his hands. He also can do star jumps perfectly now. So if you’re feeling down and feeling like your results aren’t coming, just work hard be patient and.... REMEMBER HOW FAR YOU’VE COME

03.01.2022 Our client junior and his mum Shazz Leqeti , came to me just under 3 months ago saying he was interested in going to the army and wanted to get fit and ready incase he got accepted and had to prepare for his physical test. Within this time, junior got accepted and was given short notice of his physical test being anytime within the next few weeks. So we got training hard to prepare him to do the required amount of ( push-ups, sit ups, and running ). On juniors very first sess...ion he only made it through 25 mins of a session before feeling sick and dizzy, give it 2 months of hard work and dedication and Today junior Passed his army physical test and has been accepted, words can’t describe how proud we are of him and his hard work he has shown over the last few months to get accepted and he has now done that.
