11.01.2022 I'd like to say a big YOURE AWESOME! To Emma Povey! She has come to train 7 days in a row!! For someone to do that from never training in their entire life, to all of a sudden achieving that, is a huge step towards greatness! She has only been training for a little over a month, travels all the way from Frankston to Ringwood for our sessions, and commits to ridiculous amounts of sessions!! ... She decided today that she wanted to do another 7 days and make it 14... She realised she was rostered into work on Saturday and Sunday during the 10am sessions so I decided to open 6am sessions this week only so she could continue her streak!! So this weekend only, two new sessions have been added at 6am Saturday and Sunday! I'd love for all members to come down and support her at the 6am session Saturday and Sunday! Support her streak and start your own commitments if it feels like its a good time to do that! I understand the bed on a weekend can feel so appealing and beautiful, so if you can't make it, it's completely cool Those sessions will be her day 13 and 14 of training in a row!! Let's support Em and egg her on to keep her streak and stay strong! (By the way Em, it's cool to stop or need a rest day at any time)!
