Can improve mood and brain function 4. Assists in kidney function 5. Can improve skin complexion and health 6. Can improve fat oxidation (fat burning process). How do you drink more??? Set yourself milestones throughout the day. For instance, a glass before every meal, a glass at work, a glass before bed, a glass when you wake up etc.. Avoid overcompensating and drinking large amounts at a time as your gut can only absorb small amounts at a time effectively.
