21.01.2022 I think it's fair to say we are all missing the gym! Some things are just out of our control and no point dwelling on that, what we must do is put our focus and energy on the things we can control. Simple things that will help tremendously, utilizing that daily work out time, either if its a walk or complete a all-out workout, just do something. ... Also focusing on what we put into our body, nutrition has an enormous effect on our mood and energy, so make sure its a nice ration of 80% clean eating and 20% indulgence. Try to keep busy and productive during these times, its more important now to keep your mind stimulated and in good spirits! If anyone needs anything fitness related I have heaps of free workouts and nutrition content, just yell out! Stay safe

13.01.2022 Great session with these 3 brothers having heaps of fun teaching these legends. Learning their boxing stance, hands up and a few simple punches. I believe learning a form of discipline is extremely important for all kids upbringing, whether it’s boxing, martial arts, soccer or dancing. ... It allows them to channel their energy, focus and passion into a discipline they can practice daily, as well as having a heap of fun. This creates good habits, instilling confidence which also then bleeds into their adulthood, where they have learnt from a young age how to channel their focus into whatever goal they are wanting to achieve. Looking forward to seeing these brothers encourage each other and grow together whilst learning the discipline of boxing

10.01.2022 I've Failed. . . Your probably confused and overwhelmed with all the nutrition information that's online at the moment, so was I for a long time jumping to the next diet fad. I've tried all the dieting tools, tricks and fads. Some more successful than others, some getting results but then being too restrictive, lacking in recovery, energy and sustainability so to me that's a fail. So what do I focus on now? .... . I just keep it simple, I have good sources of Protein, Carbs and Fats in my daily intake, not being restrictive in any areas but accurately adjusting for my daily needs.
