They put hours of time & energy into our classes prior to even stepping foot on stage. ... That works out to be OVER 25 classes a year that my team create, learn & memorise... all for their love & passion for fitness & wellbeing. Not sure about you but I call that amazing.

17.01.2022 I have been in the Fitness Industry for 8 years. Yep 8! This is the first time EVER I have been able to exercise with my mum. Mum doesn't exercise much, too busy & too uncoordinated she says Thanks to our online live group fitness classes Mum & I had the opportunity to try STRONG30 this morning from home.... No eyes on us. No one from the studio even knew we were there. She loved it & I think we have just started our Friday morning ritual together Take the leap. It might just pay off.

This year's party is going to look a whole lot different to last - approximately 100 members different!... Isn't it amazing how much can change in a short 12 months? The Shed Fitness 2020 has been a wild ride so we must have an equally wild Christmas Party to celebrate. Where - Singleton Tennis Country Club When - Saturday 28th November 2020 Time - 1pm-6pm Cost - $40 pp. This small cost will cover the following: Venue Hire Food Catering Bar Staff Wages Cakes/Cupcakes Balloons/Decorations I will also be putting on a bar tab for as long as it lasts! 06.01.2022 MY AMAZING TEAM My day got flipped on its head. I guess what's what happens sometimes when you work full time & run a business right? It took me 3 text messages and I have 2 of my amazing team members jump at the opportunity to help me out.... Nic - fresh out of hospital from an operation. Eloise- still learning the ropes & finishing off her fitness training. Either of them could complete the class alone but together they were on fire & our members got the Wednesday afternoon class they so rightly deserve. I am grateful. I am blessed & I am so excited for 2021 with these girls by my side #theshedfitness #boxfitsolo
