It is getting hotter and it may mean you have to get out of bed a little earlier - but if you truly want to meet your goals - it's time to push through the excuses and 'keep going.' 22.01.2022 'She has lost so much weight, but will she be able to maintain it....' knowledge is power, if you feed your body well and exercise you will see results, however if you return to your old habits, snacking, larger portion sizes, skipping meals and binging you will regain weight... whatever program you choose. Start making changes today that you can embed in your everyday life. Replace juice and soft drink with water.... take one step at a time. You will see maintainable results.

Eat to feed your body nutrients that will give you energy, focus and drive for the day. Move your body and it will thank you. You will feel happier as you release those endorphins.
