16.01.2022 Are you ready for lockdown to finish? Stupid question right. We all cant wait to be able to leave the house. But are you ready for social occasions again?... Will you be able to enjoy them without going way off track? If you have spent your lockdown improving your health and getting in the best shape possible, that’s unbelievable. But have you done it by making new habits and lifestyle changes or just by sticking to a plan for as long as possible. Even though times have been really tough, there hasn’t been too many distractions like birthdays or long weekends. It nearly makes it easier to stay on track. But when we do finally come out of this lockdown there are going to be more social events than we can think and are you ready for them. If you are not able to go to a BBQ or a birthday without going way off track then there is something very wrong in your lifestyle. You have to make sure you are putting the habits in place and getting the knowledge from your coach that you will be able to enjoy yourself and not have to stress out over falling off the wagon Ask yourself this. Is what you are doing right now.. Sustainable? Suits your lifestyle and goals? Enjoyable? If you answered NO to these then something must change now.

10.01.2022 Stop trying to blame everyone or everything else for you not seeing results. Nobody can do the work for you and at the same time nobody else is making you not be successful. You are fully in control of how much you exercise, what you eat, your sleep, your digestion and your health. ... A coach is going to put you in the best possible position to succeed, but it is going to depend on you to do the work. That’s why I praise my clients fully when they get their dream results. They put in the effort and the time. I just showed them how and made it as simple and sustainable as possible for them. Nobody can do the work for you. Which is a great thing because when you do achieve the results that you want (and you will get there) it makes it all worth. You are in control. So take control and stop playing the blame game.

07.01.2022 Amazing progress so far by this client When she initially came to me she wanted to feel a lot more confident in herself, lose weight and more importantly keep it off. She has struggled before with trying to stick to a plan and sustain any results she had got.... It has been an amazing start to her journey with massive progress being made both physically and in her habits. Nothing special had to be done. Just add in some structure, make sure we are hitting protein and getting out and getting active. Zero restrictions No banning of foods. Just making new healthy habits that align with her goals and her day to day life. This is just the beginning. 04.01.2022 If you are just starting out and you are trying to lose weight, make it as simple as possible. The simpler something is the easier it is going to be execute and to be successful in. You don’t need loads of fancy exercises or supplements to lose weight. ... You need structure, new habits and sustainability. Those 3 things will make your progress last long term without having to do anything drastic. If you want to achieve something you have never done then you will have to change what you are currently doing. I will say it again. Keep it simple. It works. It’s sustainable. It makes your food and training more enjoyable.
