24.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone! I hope your weekend has been going well! I'm back to running this week after an 18-month break. Did a practice run earlier this week, and today ran the 5 km track for Parkrun at Seacliff. Had the afternoon heat and a head wind to contend with, so it took me 36 minutes. Looking forward to knocking it back down to my former PB of 26 seconds minutes.
