23.01.2022 Here is my latest group fitness timetable. Am considering a 11:15am Monday HIIT session for those who are interested. It would be too hot in the park at this time of the year, so the session would be at my studio which is the coolest "outdoor" venue available.

21.01.2022 Just back from the FILEX2016 Health and FItness Conference and Expo in Melbourne. Had a great time, learnt heaps and ran into some old friends... Bones from #studiopilates and I are great mates, although he does look a little distracted.

18.01.2022 To celebrate turning 25, for one day only (Friday Jan 15), all registrations for the 2016 RACQ International Womens Day Fun Run are just $25.

17.01.2022 Have decided to try out a programme called #MetabolicJumpstart to help me reach my weight loss goal. Its only Day 1, but Im already impressed by the personalised diet plan and flexibility of the programme.

11.01.2022 To kick off my weight loss experiment, I had a whole body composition (DEXA) scan today at Wesley Medical Imaging. Will use the image as my "Before" photo and have another at the end for my "After". Have already reached two conclusions: 1- "Dont trust your scales" and 2 - "Christmas wasnt good for my waistline". Groundbreaking stuff. Will put more on my webpage shortly.
