22.01.2022 Happy Saturday team, Sorry I've been a little MIA of late on the socials as life has gone a bit crazy. Just wanted to let you all know that I have the following spots available for my special 45 minute Bootcamps down at @plusfitnessmanning... Wednesday and Friday 5am Classes there is 5 spots available and for my Saturday 7.30am class 2 spots available. All my regular classes are almost fully booked out so if you would like to try something new and challenge yourself slip me a DM/PM for more details. The above is open only to Plus Fitness Manning members. Moving forward I will only be taking my Group Fitness Bootcamps and Classes at the gym due to other commitments. Well I am looking at getting together a Mo-Crew to raise money for Men's health this November for Movember from Plus Fitness 24/7 Manning What I am looking for and doing is as below:... 1. 6 clients only (3 Mobros to grow the mow & 3 Mosisters to colour your hair) 2. to be part of a monthly Challenge that I will put in place (TBA) 3. Weekly Information Posts about Mental Health 4. Run a weekly group session on a Monday night from the 2nd of Novemember outside on the oval (time TBA). The cost will be $100 each and I will donate 50% to Movember. I will also run a challenge one Saturday morning after Flow mid - month and open up to all gym members for a donation.
