20.01.2022 Ever had a great week? Month? Year? To fall off the wagon and fall hard? We've all done this at least once, more than likely a few times How hard was it to get back up again and back to your 100%? If you can tell yourself 'I can and I will', bet your ass you will get to where you want to go ... Getting back up is the first step, even if you trip a couple of times on the way up. You know where you want to be, imagine yourself at your happiest; what that looks like, feels like, on the inside and out, this will help you push to get there. Positivity is important here, you'll find it easier to do things you enjoy so meal prep light meals that you actually like, go for that extra walk if it means you can have those biscuits and coffee later and not feel guilty or like you've failed Go out with people to stay motivated, push each other, who's faster, who's stronger, who hit a PB this week? Progress is motivation too, keep track of where you're at, measurements, weights, run times etc Most important, don't procrastinate, don't start your diet or fitness routine tomorrow, do it NOW! There's no reason you can't You got this !

No excuses Also heres a quick low cal shepherds pie recipe, packed with veg, not overloaded with meat potato or cheese. Cooked Potato weight was about 6 small-ish potatoes Will be my lunch for the next week

15.01.2022 'I don't have time' 'I can't afford it' These things we tend to say a lot, some time in honesty... but sometimes it's just an excuse. If you can't afford the right food, gym membership or occasional PT to keep you on track... ... How are you going to afford the medication you will have to be on for high blood pressure, diabetes or that heart attack you might suffer later on? If you don't have time for a 30 minute work out, meal prep or that walk you've been planning for the last few months, don't worry .. You will have plenty of time watching your kids play while you stay in your seat because of that heart attack or stroke you suffered and have permanent complications or are just exhausted and don't have the energy While yes, these things can happen regardless of your exercise or health, both of these factors are huge contributors We say we can't afford it or we don't have enough time because we can't be bothered, because we would rather be doing other things. If you don't make the time now, you might not be able to enjoy life later Think about your future and be happy and healthy now, for you AND also your loved ones

14.01.2022 Its a common thought by people dieting that if they only go a little outside their diet plan theyll be fine. While yes this can have some truth, it definitely doesnt work if youre having pizza, pasta, pastries or sweets as your one cheat meal and thinking 'its just one' while doing this every day, especially if not couple with the right energy expenditure. Stick to your diet, don't deviate, put in the effort and you will see results!

13.01.2022 Motivation and results; How many times have you been SUPER motivated in the middle of the night reading, researching and planning and can't be bothered by morning? Ever finally signed up to the gym, had a great streak of a few days in a row consistently for weeks, then after a big weekend or heatwave, something that keeps you away and you just don't go back because you aren't motivated anymore?... Motivation isnt a permanent feeling... However, when you experience results from hard work and effort you've put in over time, that will bring back that motivation to continue I'm definitely not always excited to jump out of bed and do a workout plus cardio first thing in the morning... But keeping in mind my goals and knowing what I need to do to get there, I get my head together and get in and do the workout Your 70% may not be your 100% but its way better than your 0%! Each day is a success if you've done the work to get where you want to go Relying on motivation to keep you going won't see results, you make it happen, the results will keep you motivated Work hard Gym hard Stay healthy Stay happy
12.01.2022 Upper body workout today, always a good feeling when you go up weights i also havent posted a workout in a while 'You won't succeed if you dont push yourself' - I was told after attempting a 27.5inch box jump Scary stuff when you're stepping outside your comfort zone... Pushing yourself even after you fail makes the outcome very rewarding 'I will!' Instead of 'I can't'

Just get moving You'll feel better for it mentally and physically Don't give up, get up! See more
05.01.2022 How guilty are you... Bought a membership and dont use it? Or maybe you do use and go regularly but dont really understand good form and only stick to the cross trainer and weight machines to not see results. Have a friend whos quite fit and wishing you could look like them, but why cant you?... Why arent you getting results? Maybe its your diet, maybe your underestimating yourself, maybe youre a bit embarrassed and dont give 100% because of that. - People of all shapes and sizes have some sort of social anxiety that thems from body image issues, dont be afraid to go to the gym or go outside for a walk worrying about what people think, if thet have an opinion that opinion shouldnt be worth anything to you, youre making the effort and thats what matters - I've had many clients tell me they eat well, train hard but arent getting any changes Its our job as coaches to show you the best way to train your body specifically to get the results you want, everyone is different and this means everything we do really is individually done for each person. Before you go signing up for another membership you dont use, talk to someone and make a plan on how you want to achieve your goals. We want to help you get where you want to be

02.01.2022 Even when things get tough, confusing, frustrating and seem almost impossible... walk away, take a break but ALWAYS come back. Always give your best when you can and never give up on what makes you happy. Gicing up isnt an option, when you have high goals, the struggles getting there can be just as hard to deal with but you have to fight for what you want and you will succeed! 2 subjects to go in my study and I'll be able to get my ass in the gym training clients, after a few... setbacks and frustration, I'm so close and even with the difficulties I'm still as motivated as ever!
