14.01.2022 We often get asked Can I do your classes while pregnant? We know physical activity while pregnant is encouraged (as long as it feels comfortable) but understand this simply may not be possible for everyone. You just can’t compare bodies or pregnancies. So we always recommend chatting to your GP or Obstetrician before joining into a class, they are the experts on your body and your baby. For our Mummas that are attending while pregnant we take our hats off to you, kno...w you are encouraged and supported at the studio and you can take any modifications you like (literally you can help yourself to equipment and skip anything you don’t/can’t do) . For Zoe this meant doing more seated and standing exercises when the bump got big and some days just doing a 30 minute session. I have to say one thing that really helped me was the lovely ladies at my stations during hiit circuits would pick up my towel and drink off the floor and move it to the next station. This may seem small but seriously it was so helpful, bending down with the big bump is a task and a half, it also made me feel really supported So if you want to do something kind next time your working out next to a beautiful bump offer to grab their towel off the ground, it will be greatly appreciated . @katherinedielesen See more

06.01.2022 OVER 20KG GONE In August Kasey decided to try out our 8 week challenge and her continuing results are amazing. Kasey kept going with her fitness and food regime after the challenge finished and has lost 22kg (maybe more to this day) Seeing the numbers on the scales drop is just one of the side perks when you stay consistent, enjoy the process and simply focus on being fitter, stronger and happier. To think 10 weeks ago I was cut open to deliver my precious boy. Very thankful I stayed fit throughout my pregnancy it has played a major role in me returning to exercise. Lately I have myself comparing my journey to others and thinking how are they so fit already but I’ve stopped that now, every individual’s circumstances are so different.
