07.01.2022 Food Plan FRIDAYS... Days of the week will have themes to keep you on track AND a task of the week around it. Fridays will be food / meal plan day. Just in time for the weekend shopping. ... Each week I'll help you fine tune your plan. -- This weeks task is to clean up your lists and create your 'go to' shopping list. You probably already have one, but has it gotten a bit 'loose' during Covid? When you forget your list at home, do you have a regular list of nutritious food that you know automatically whether they need stocking up? I know exactly how much eggs, spinach, lettuce, yoghurt, nuts, frozen berries are in my fridge / pantry. - #1 task of your clean up this week. Is to make sure you are stocking up on GREENS. That is all I want you to do this week. Spinach, lettuce, zucchini, broccoli, cucumber, capsicum. If you're not the main shopper in the family, get in their ear as a reminder, or offer to help get the GREENS in the house. Check out our post on GREENS and their benefits coming this week.
