14.01.2022 Happy Monday everyone, hope you have a good week.

14.01.2022 Today is the first day I have given myself a fairly decent workout. Apart from some walking I have not done alot since being in isolation. Who wants to give my work out a go? All indoor Equipment optional theraband or hand weights ... Minimal rest for 20 mins total 3 sets 10 squats Indoor shuttle runs around the lounge room 1 min 3 x 10 push ups Lateral shuttle runs side to side 30 secs 3 x 10 chair dips More shuttle runs 1min Floor push up to child's pose to cat cow x 10 3 x Banded lateral movement 10 each way 3 x 10 Banded lateral raises 3 x10 Banded Bicep curls 3 x 10 step stair runs Since I have not done as much as usual I finished at this point and will work on building up my fitness levels again.
