13.01.2022 New barbell to add to the collection can't wait to get more plates for it, I miss heavy deadlifts! (good old Kmart didn't have many at all ) I put my dumbbell plates on it n got it up to 30kg for 15 reps, I used to deadlift 100kg so would love to even get back close to that! 06.01.2022 Last night I wrote myself a 5 day split weights program; I absolutely hate cardio and that's no secret, I'd rather turn food into muscle or simply eat less I try to do a small amount of cardio each week though purely for my cardiovascular system (I'm talking like 20-30 mins each week if that) Only thing I like about heading into winter #gainz and #food I prefer shape over skinny #healthy #fitness #weights #5daysplit #strong

Brunch was egg and bacon on wholemeal toast, arvo snack was Greek yoghurt, a packet of mini Oreos and stevia, protein shake and banana after weights, quinoa fried rice for dinner and a vanilla caramel skinny cow for dessert. Also made overnight oats for my boys breakfasts and chia seed jam today I'm currently back to working on my blog as I still get asked for nutrition/clean eating info nearly daily; I love talking about it and helping people to become healthy so will get back to posting recipes soon :) #healthy #cleaneating #moderation #feelgood #mealprep #mealplanning #organised
04.01.2022 Kangaroo and salad for tea Been a bit quiet the last few days, had theeee worst migraine ever Even had to have a day off work which is so unlike me I never even get headaches so it probably felt a lot worse than it was but ouchhh I feel sorry for people who get them all the time. 03.01.2022 Meal prep I always make sure I have plenty of pre prepared meals in the freezer! Makes your week so much easier and less tempting to get take away after a long day.
