19.01.2022 Today I am grateful to all my Melbourne friends and community who are enduring this crapola iso. The ones that understand you, know how your feeling from the motivated days to the down days. Honestly I would be lost without a support network of humans that send a message to check, drop coffees off, send groceries, suprises in my bank drive past beeping the horn, go for walks, honestly who just give a shite about each other. I may be the most confident, motivating and strong p...erson on the outside but inside hey we all have poo poo days and not all smiles and motivation. Melbourne ISO has tested us big time and has shown us a clearer picture of the people who belong in your heart and has also shown us the people that don’t. I know I’m coming out stronger, fitter and know what I want. So many people without any mental illness have also suffered and been tested. So take the time to be kinder. Offering a hand, a message or a visit is the kindest thing you can do but do it even if they say no as they are probably to proud to ask for help. The givers are not good takers...so do it, send the message, get out of your own ego and bubble and take a moment for someone’s day you can change. Every single day I will message and call approx 15 people out of care or do something nice for them. It can change your day your moods and shows you care. To the people who packed up before stage 4 and left the state so you don’t have to put up with this I hope you had a great holiday; you will never know what Melbourne was like. My heart goes out to those small business owners struggling or who have had to shut their doors Be grateful for the jobs if you kept one, the food you eat, don’t be fussy, don’t complain just get excited for the sunny days and the freedom to come soon, the friends the family and good times and a greater appreciation we will all have for everything Gratitude alhamdulilah

Unfortunately I cannot do home visits until probably another 3 weeks, but am still operating on Zoom as well. I will be working from:- Kingston Health (opposite DFO)... Lou has been a gym owner, presenter, lecturer and is a Fitness Specialist who is a Personal trainer and CrossFit coach, CrossFit athlete, weightlifting athlete and MMA fighter as well as appearing on series 1 of Australian Ninja Warrior in 2017. She is also a Level 1 Karate Coach, Level 2 CrossfitCoach and Cycle Excel Level 1 Instructor. Lou has specialised in Boot Camps and Outdoor Fitness and opened Bootcamps Australia in Cheltenham in 2012 (now Hammer house) and also a keen Group Fitness Instructor, specialising in spin, body-attack and body-pump (Les Mills certified). She has completed many other courses within her industry including advanced resistance training, pre and postnatal exercise, kids and older adults training and much more. This was a big event, because the transition to putting the scarf on while still being a competitive elite athlete was very daunting, but proved to be extremely rewarding. She currently runs an online fitness program Fitsisters Melbourne for Muslim women in lockdown, twice a week. All fitness levels and abilities join her sessions. and Lulu has the privilege of watching these women grow stronger and more confident through their physical fitness endeavours. Lulu was approached by the Pillars of Guidance women’s group in Doveton in November 2019 to begin running physical fitness sessions for women, which transitioned to online sessions post-pandemic. Size and strength are not the same when it comes to lifting. The more lean muscle we have the more we burn calories day to day the more we can eat. Seems like a win for me !!
