You'll seriously be shocked at how much it can impact, or assist in gaining results! Give it a go. Give us 1-week and feel the difference Here's some of our favourites; Go to @tlcrecoverysunshinecoast and use the pools, or normatec compression. We've found these to be amazing in bouncing back for a session the next day, and reducing inflammation as well. Have a focused 20-min stretch each day! Highly recommend doing this before bed, AND DON'T go back on your phone afterwards. Do your stretch, into a few mins of breathing and then jump straight into bed. You'll sleep amazing! Doing this continuously and working on your flexibility/mobility will really help increase your performance in the gym. Get in the ocean! Look where we live!!
