As mentioned at the start of the year I will be embarking on a life changing journey this year and taking you all with me! This is part of our GOAL SETTING ROAD MAP # 12... As MINDSET again is the second of the four focus points we will all be working hard to improve on this year. Welcome to "What is Mindset? What is Mindfulness?". What is the difference and does it matter? Welcome, this week is about defining your version of both these areas and taking the time this week to see how we work on these and use them in a positive and health manner. I mention in the video Mindset being a form of energy that can propel and prepare you mentally to believe and achieve. So, what do you do to prepare your mindset when you are wanting to empower your thoughts and achieve important goals you have set for yourself? I mention in the video Mindfulness and for me it is a form and state of consciousness. Being aware of what is happening at that present time, how my decisions and actions will impact others or other things and having a positive connection with all facets of life. This is the biggest influence for the weeks Say it Sunday and to finish off with our 13th Goal Setting Road Map for 2020!...
