13.01.2022 Wow!!! A huge week for the 5am group. We started the week with weights for two special girls birthdays (with appropriate numbers). Wednesday was Ange's birthday with some skipping and high intensity work. Friday was a special "0" birthday for Leanne where they did the filthy fifty. To finish off the week Lesley, Bronwyn and I set off on a 50km walk at Cathu. Can't wait to see what next week brings

10.01.2022 I am currently studying suspension training and really enjoying it. Some very interesting information. Standard push up vs suspension push up - average activation levels of the rectus abdominis and latissimus dorsi were 184% and 59% respectively, greater during suspended push ups.
