24.01.2022 Loving everyone's efforts over the last couple of weeks. There has been some tough sessions and you have all taken what has been thrown at you with determination and drive. Time for some fun....... If booking into either of tomorrow's sessions 9.00am or 4.30pm can you do a couple of things.... 1. If you have kids get them to join you (no charge) just want to expend some energy from them to keep you sane You can still do on your own if you can't get kids to join you. 2. As a family or if doing the sesh on your own can you please text me your favourite exercise. 3. Book in to your preferred sesh. Keep moving, stay positive, breathe and stay safe.

19.01.2022 Hey Crew 2 sessions on offer tomorrow... 9.00am and 4.30pm. ... It's simple.... download the ZOOM app. Book into your sesh of choice on MINDBODY and jump on your laptop, iPad or phone and the rest will take care of itself. Just gotta give it a go! I was super nervous for the first couple of sessions and still tweaking some things but it's honestly easier and less daunting than you think. I'm also looking to possibly offer some EXTRA boxing sessions if you have partners or kids that can mitt you. Please let me know if you'd be keen for these sessions. I'm happy to loan out my boxing gear if this is something you and your family would be interested in? Also I still have a bit of gear left that I'm happy to lend out so please let me know if you need anything and we can organise for me to drop off or you pick up. Stay positive, stay active and let's keep supporting each other. I promise the bit of banter, seeing a friendly face and working out together albeit on the virtual platform is better than trying to do it alone.

18.01.2022 Hey Crew Well done to those that have been smashing it out on our new virtual platform. Tomorrow's sesh will definitely go ahead and as there is no kids sport I have moved the sesh and those booked in to 9.30 instead of 9.00am to provide a sleep in for those that can. ... Also I still have a little bit of gear including boxing gear. If anyone would like a skipping rope, weight or ball or boxing or even bands let me know and let me know where you would like it dropped (at a safe social distance of course ). There will always be no equipment options but if you want to up the ante a little put your hand up for some gear. Looking to possibly offer a boxing sesh sometime over the weekend too if I get the interest for it.

Probably 10 rounds. 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6 Of the following 21 double unders (or x 3 skips), 18 sit up kick up, 15 box jumps( broad jump run back) 12 swing pull, 9 handstands (wall ups or shoulder taps) 6 pull ups (push ups) X 5-10 rounds. 13.01.2022 Challenge.... We are up to 14 reps today...again can be 1 rep on 14 diff exercises or 14 reps of 1 exercise or a mix. Should be up to 2.5 - 3 litres of water. ... This week I'm adding some deep breaths. At some point (before you get out of bed is the easiest) you need to take the same amount of deep breaths as you have reps. Eg. Tomorrow you'll take at some point in the day 15 deep mindful breaths, complete 15 reps and drink between 2-3 litres of water. Send your tick through to keep accountable. It's quick, it's easy and it will help with your physical and mental health. Secondly.... Sessions are up on Mindbody for you to book in for the week. These will still only run oif there are numbers. If you are keen for a sesh but can't make the actual sesh still book in but let me know and I can send you a recording of the sesh. Obviously can't send the first sessions of the day . This is mainly for the arvo sessions. Lastly....thanks for the massive Crew that jumped on for our ANZAC day sesh. Hope everyone had a great day.

04.01.2022 How is everyone going? Slowly we are getting back to normal so thought I would touch base and let you know plans moving forward for FFS over the next few months. As we are heading in to the cooler months I would like to offer the following options...... A. Online zoom training sessions will be available for ALL sessions. So if you like the convenience of doing it at home you are sorted. B. Would also like to offer face to face sessions in conjunction with the online sessions which will be conducted from my home gym. C. Outdoor sessions at Wagga Beach or Civic theatre. Some sessions (mainly 9ams and 1pms) will be conducted at these locations if weather permits. These sessions will still be online as well. A message will be sent offering the outdoor option prior to the session. So if you are unable to train at home, have limited equipment, space or prefer to train with others you can book in to the sessions you are keen for but send me a text and let me know you'll be coming to mine for that particular session. This will be limited to 10 at the moment keeping in line current restrictions. Attendance at my gym for some sessions will provide you the opportunity to learn some new movements (optional of course) but if keen for something different it will be an option. The option to join the face to face sessions will start from this Thursday at the 6am sesh. So if keen let me know. If you have any suggestions, questions, concerns moving forward with this please get in touch. Everyone has been so amazing in adapting to everything and I'm extremely grateful for everyone's ongoing support. NOW is the time to put your plan in place to get moving again or keep moving through the cooler months. So looking to cover all bases with online, face to face and outdoors so let me help you keep on track, get started again, keep motivated and moving!

03.01.2022 Hey Crew 6am is up and ready to book in. Don't let the unknown put you off. Just get that first one under the belt and you'll be sweet.... It's a lot easier than you think. Give it a crack. It's so much easier to jump into a group and be motivated by your trainer than try and do it on your own. Tonight's Crew are testament of the ease and the benefits. Just one.... just give one sesh a crack. I promise you won't look back. You don't want to fall off the band wagon and lose everything and have to start from scratch when life returns to normal. This is a trying time for us all, emotionally, financially and mentally.... let me help you get through it. If financials are coming into play because you or a spouse have been cut back or put off please contact me.
