12.01.2022 Happy Friday Here are a couple of little reminders for you as we finish up the week and head to the weekend. Our bodies need to be having at least 2ltr of water a day. If this is a huge amount for you just add in a couple of extra glasses to what you already have.... Don't undo all your hard work over the week by binging on the weekend. Enjoy a treat but keep it balanced Movement is so good for the body, weekends are for going out and enjoying the outdoors and trying different things. Relax, unwind and indulge in some self care. Remember you cant pour from a empty cup.
