24.01.2022 Please comment below if you are choosing to do this event and we can start our own group (whatsapp prob best) to share how we are going, local routes, link up (in pairs with social distancing) and celebrate along the way. Perhaps we can all wear a similar themed "bib". Thursday 7am HIIT Friday 7am and 9am Strength Saturday 7am HIIT Saturday 8am Pilates fusion to see as many of you to as many sessions as possible.
