03.01.2022 It’s not all about the scales... Our beautiful client Jade came to us at the start of January lacking motivation, bored with her current training program and wanting a new challenge. She was already training multiple times a week but had just hit a slump. So we spiced things up a bit for her. Giving her a new way of training, new goals and new challenges, both physically and mentally things stated to change.... She sent us this message at the start of April and it just made our day. We are so proud of the progress she has made and her way of looking at things! Scales aren’t the only was to measure results!!
