25.01.2022 Classes begin for term 2 this Tuesday 21 April via zoom as follows: Tuesday 5.30am CORE Original (floor based 1/2 hour) Tuesday 6am CORE HIIT Thursday 6am CORE HIIT... If you have never tried my online classes before you can trial your first class FREE to see if it is for you before committing to the term. Classes are kept to 12 people so that I can see each person and provide help and guidance with technique. NEW MEMBERS WELCOME.

23.01.2022 Tomorrow is our last classes for term 1. Thank you to all members for joining in the virtual fun in the last 2 weeks! Look forward to seeing current members again in the morning. For the next few weeks I will run a FREE virtual HIIT Core class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am Australian time (9pm UK time) for ANYONE who wants to join in via Zoom. Let's keep up our spirits and our fitness... and enjoy a bit of socialising. Starting Tuesday 7 April, 2020.
