19.01.2022 SWEET SOY, GINGER, GARLIC & SESAME Chicken 500g trimmed chicken breast 2 tbsp or 4 large garlic cloves crushed 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger 3 tbsp TAMARI soy... Pinch sea salt & cracked pepper 2 tbsp honey or your preferred sweetener to taste 2 tbsp sesame seeds Dash cooking oil 1 large head of broccoli Trim chicken and set aside Prepare marinade in bowl by adding garlic, ginger, soy, honey, salt & pepper and mix until combined. Add chicken and marinade in a glad bag and set aside in fridge for a minimum of two hours. Heat oil in pan and stir fry chicken and add sesame seeds. Steam broccoli and enjoy!! Fitt Vibes

Hold in the full plank position for as long as you can (go for the whole 3 minutes, you are all getting really strong!) if you need to take the low impact option drop to your knees but make sure you are activating your core the whole time and pulling up through your pelvic floor muscles.
