24.01.2022 Technique cues are so important when explaining to someone how to perform a stretch, exercise or anything for that matter. One of the biggest things I took away from the #gmbfitnessaus 2 day workshop was the way Ry Hurst explained how to perform a technique from start to finish and all the things in between. Resulting in performing the exercise safely, correctly and in turn being able to get the full benifit #Fitculturepersonaltraining #gmbfitness



17.01.2022 I need 1 more person to conduct a functional movement screen on before I can receive my FMS level 1 certificate. Great opportunity as the process will give you an overall score relating to mobility, motor control (stability/balance) & functional movement. Depending on your score I will then provide you with exercises to do & exercises not to do in order to get a low score to where it should be. First in best dressed.

08.01.2022 New surf training classes will beging as of this Saturday #mach1 Osborn park. A holistic approach to condition, strengthen, achieve more flexibility, mobility & motor control in order to improve surf performance & everday living is heavily focused on in each group session. For more personal attention 1 on 1 privates are available. This includes a functional movement screening where ones mobility, motor control & functional patterns are assessed & addressed through specific training.
