25.01.2022 This Organic Vitamin C Complex is so yummy & such a fab product. It’s great for the entire family! One teaspoon a day for adults & half a teaspoon for the little ones. 20.01.2022 Crockpot Chicken & Lentil Soup This is the dish we served at FitWell Studio's first birthday party - we had a couple of you wanting the recipe! crockpot:... * 2 cups butternut pumpkin * 4 chicken breast * 2 cups carrots * 2 cups potatoes * 2 cups celery * 1 cup green lentils * 3/4 cup yellow split peas (or just use more lentils) * 1 onion * 5 cloves garlic * 8-10 cups chicken or veg broth * 2 teaspoons herbs de provence add at the end: * 2-3 cups kale (stems removed, chopped) * 1 cup parsley * 1/2 cup olive oil * lemon juice to add a nice tangy bite instructions 1. Chop & place all ingredients in the crockpot. Cover & cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours. 2. Now I was running late so I completely skipped this step for the party however, if you have more time place about 4 cups of soup in a blender with the olive oil. Pulse gently until semi-smooth & creamy-looking (the oil will form a creamy emulsion with the soup). Add back to the pot & stir to combine. Stir in the kale & parsley. Turn the heat off & just let everything chill out for a bit before serving. 3. Season to taste (add lemon juice at this point) & to really go next level, serve with a little Parmesan cheese. Bon appetite

Ingredients 2 cups of smooth natural peanut butter 3/4 cup of Mirabrook protein powder... 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 2 cups of choc chips (or any decent quality choc for melting) Method Mix the peanut butter, protein & maple syrup in a bowl with spoon, roll into balls and pop in the freezer Melt the choc, then dip the chilled bombs in, put back in the fridge/freezer to set the choc

04.01.2022 CHANGES TO OUR STUDIO From 12.01am Saturday, 1 August our Studio has a dedicated COVID-19 Safe Hygiene Marshal on duty at all times as well as a registered COVID-19 Safety Plan. COVID-19 Safe Hygiene Marshals will play a critical role in maintaining social distancing, cleaning equipment after use, making sanitiser available and ensuring all attendees details are recorded.... We will record all attendees details through the PT Minder App so please make sure you book all classes. Please also ensure you are doing the following: 1.) 1.5m distancing (each of the floor tiles within our studio is 1sqm so please try to stay within 4 floor tiles (4sqm) whilst training 2.) Use hand sanitiser on entry and exit 3.) Wash down all equipment after use 4.) Bring your own water bottle, towel & mat If you can avoid close gathering before and after classes and stick to the 4sqm rule too please. Business largely as usual guys so lets stick to the rules so we can all enjoy life as usual!
