17.01.2022 Well Fitwisers that is a wrap. I just finished my last ever client. Time to focus on some bigger and better things including fitwise Apparel which has been going great guns. I just want to say that I have enjoyed training every single client that has walked through my doors dating back to 2007 when I lived on the Gold Coast and my good friend Cameron Lepp asked me to train him. We had some awesome fun and had some amazing results, he was the fittest he had ever been in his l...ife and on top of that he lost around 30 Kg and got himself under 100kg. To my last client who started with me around 18 months ago, shy boy when he started and not very strong to being able to dead lift 140kgs and walk out more confident than the day he walked in. I have trained on the Gold Coast, out of my home in Altona north and then in the studio in Newport to the massive 4 car garage turned into a gym in old farm way. Through training I have gained some amazing friends who have inspired me along the way and some who I know have inspired. For me personal training was never just about numbers on a scale but being able to change your life, make you fitter stronger and healthier than you have ever been. I kept this philosophy right up until the end. There have been ups and downs along the journey but without those ups and downs I would not be where I am today and for that I am grateful.
