07.01.2022 OUTDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING It is expected that as of September 28, we will move to the next step in the Victorian Governments road map. This will allow outdoor personal training as per the information below.... I am now tentatively taking bookings for outdoor training sessions as of next week - providing all goes to plan! If you would like to book for a personal training session, please contact me to discuss times and pricing. Please also be mindful that you can only travel within your 5km radius. 06.01.2022 PERSONAL TRAINING UPDATE Hi Everyone! As you will have seen from today’s COVID announcements, we unfortunately have a roadmap that does not allow gyms to be in full operation until after November 23. While this is extremely upsetting, we need to focus on what we CAN do before then.... Right now, I am only offering online workout programs and coaching. The roadmap shown today states that we may be able to hold personal training sessions with TWO people outdoors only from September 28, and group training outdoors of up to TEN people from October 26. I will do my best to offer you training sessions when allowed, as safely as possible. If that means only outdoor training until late November, we will do our best to make that work where possible. Stay strong everyone. And remember to still get outside, go for a walk, move & get fresh air. El x

02.01.2022 WE’RE BACK MELBOURNE! Monday November 9 I’ll be re-opening the doors to my home Personal Training studio for one on one and small group training! In line with the Victorian Government restrictions, Gyms & fitness facilities can only allow 1 person per 8sqm. This means, I’ll unfortunately have to cap small group training sessions to only 2-3 people.... Session times are VERY limited with evenings almost fully booked and only a few early morning time slots remaining. Lock in your training sessions now for November 9th onwards!
