22.01.2022 In late August, we helped the iconic team at The Country Women's Association of Victoria Inc. - CWA host their first ever DIGITAL AGM & our technical support staff did such a good job you could almost taste the online scones! 2020 is a year like no other, but just because we can’t catch up in person, the show must go on, and the CWA-Vic 92nd AGM was no exception. With over 300 participants, we helped organise and run the massive undertaking by providing technical support for presenters and attendees alike as well as managing the complex audio-visual presentations required.

Don’t fret, our 24/7 remote monitoring will still be active and we’ll keep an eye on it throughout the break. Thanks for working with us (and keeping us sane) in 2020. I have been helping debug, make modifications to existing websites, and building new websites. I have also been involved in marketing content and strategy. What do you like the most about working at Fitzroy IT? Love the working flexibility, the great sense of humour everyone has, and the nice working atmosphere of a close-knit team. I also love that since it’s a small group, I have the chance to get involved in daily aspects of the business (development, operations, sales, marketing, etc). Tell us a little bit about yourself! I love learning new things everyday, and constantly improving my skills and knowledge in any area of technology. I also love dealing with customers and learning about their business, unique challenges, and finding ways to help them. Outside of work, I love travelling around the world (and have lived and worked in Asia for 10 years), the great outdoors, hiking, camping, surfing, swimming, SUP (stand up paddleboard) in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. My plan was always to attend a culinary school in Italy, but ended up in IT! Apart from that, I play cricket for Box Hill North cricket club, and also enjoy playing computer games.... My role involves problem-solving client issues, setting up and performing migrations, working with virtualised environments, implementing industry best-practice to drive quality and advocating cloud-first solutions across both the business and the client base.
