22.01.2022 I FINALLY glazed the rest of our ham today. Oh. My. Word. This baby was a preservative free ham from Short’S Butchery Narromine Totally delicious as it was, but after 3 hours in the smoker and being bathed in delicious jammy glaze it was amazing.

08.01.2022 One of the things I love about growing my own veg is finding different ways to use them. No one wants to eat the same thing every night...am I right?? This week I was able to barter some veg for a home grown chook. So chuffed!!! So this pretty will bubble away in my slow cooker all day today. All tucked in with lemongrass, coriander, lemon thyme, spring onion and cauli that had shot to seed....all from our garden. Half a head of garlic and some fresh ginger for extra flavo...ur.
