20.01.2022 Everyone is posting back to school photos...except me ( I am a naughty Mum) So here are some of my handy work from Grenfell Public School which I took late last year to promote the schools' nurturing culture and community. The students and staff were fantastic. The shoot was a little bit extra special as I went here too as a young bucked toothed, scrawny freckled lass.. ;)

16.01.2022 So I won a little award.. 3 actually for these 3 beautiful pictures and took out the overall prize and won the Drovers Wife Statuette (solid bronze!) she is so pretty. Many photographers who I adore have won this before me so I feel honoured but bashful about it all. I am not really into entering competitions as none of us like being judged but I have always wanted one of these statuettes and after almost 15 years as a photographer I felt it was time. So thank you to the f...abulous judge @avalindphotography (cheque’s in the mail ) The Henry Lawson Festival of Arts in particular to Tina Cooper @teenyco and to my lovely husband who climbed all of these Mountains with me! The images are from #mountbatar volcano in Bali taken at dawn and #franzjosef in New Zealand during an ice hike. Both incredible exhilarating experiences. And to all my lovely clients who help me achieve my photographic dreams. Cheers! See more

12.01.2022 The best cherries I have ever tasted one of the many comments I have heard and agree with about our superstar clients Hall Family Orchards. Chris and Lee have created the most incredible and stylish experience for their customers to enjoy every cherry season in Young. Wander around and pick your own, browse in the boutique shop and sit amongst the gorgeous landscape under the big red tents while you enjoy the best cherries ever! #fivehourswest have been on a journey with Hall Family Orchards from the beginning and I have to say when I photographed this season I had a tear in my eye in awe of how much they have achieved in a very short time. This time last week I was photographing these beauties for @jewelznthings owned by Mel (the spunky lady in black) she has a knack of sourcing incredible clothes and accessories for all ladies and young things too! 01.01.2022 Last few months have been a whirlwind for us. Amongst many life events we said goodbye to our beloved studio in Grenfell. So much blood sweat tears and beers went on to make it the beautiful building it is today. Lovingly restored for the new owners The Grenfell Newsagency trading as the buildings original name Frazer and Bradley. We wish Peter and Helen all the best. We have had some incredible moments and many challenges too over the last 9 years here but it’s time to move onto our next project just up the road at 128 Main Street.
