Great reign, massive slope in the shoulder, short back and legs that could not be straighter if you drew them with a ruler. Half Gunner bred and Half ASB (to my knowledge the ONLY PHAA x ASB SW2 in Oz) you can pick your discipline. Pretty enough to halter show and stand out on the way to breaking in! SHE IS FOR SALE! 21.01.2022 GREAT NEWS!!!! Songbird has even astounded the repro vets!! Caslick removed, flushed and nothing! yay. Uterus has all contracted back where it should be and the bruising...... well couldn't find much at all! She's one tough mudder. Phoebe has not left her side through the whole ordeal from start to finish. Everyone needs a friend like Phoebes.... xxxxx

17.01.2022 Lol! I had to share Dolly's facial expression when I brought her up out of the paddock for a ride this morning! "Are you kidding me!"

17.01.2022 I will just leave this post Songbird did foal early this morning, head first no legs. Massive splash filly, was dead on presentation. No photos of foal will be posted for the head had to be removed to get the body out. Songbird is not out of the woods yet but she is damn mighty, was put under on the ground for a much longer time than within the relms of saftey but still got up and struggled to keep standing for the longest time. Also suffered a prolapse on top of all the trauma she had endured. She's doing well ATM and is bright, wants to feed her face as usual so I'm happy so far. I'm absolutely devastated but thank God I have the bestest friends in the world! Sonia and Bree as always if I or my girls need you, you are mighty - just like Songbird

17.01.2022 Wow! I have been flooded with messages over this newborn colt. I thought I would just drop this post because I have been trying to keep up with everyone's queries and I don't want to miss anyone. He will not go up for sale until I get all his test results back and I never sell/take deposits on my babies until they are at least past the 2 week stage. As for price.... well I can't answer that either until I confirm what I believe currently is true. He is the only homozygous black, overo, Splash White 2 PHAA colt in Australia. (pending ).

14.01.2022 Songbird and Phoebe. Had the queens up in the yards so quickly snapped some 'mumma' shots before letting them back out in the paddock. Other than the red winter coat coming out, the ladies have done well. Still have approx 5 weeks of sleep-filled night's to go before I join the Zombie squad. #fivemilestud

13.01.2022 Lovely cool day today after a shockingly hot week. Thought I would grab a few pics of these 2 twerps before their coats start shedding out good and proper. Aunty Songbird is keeping them in line {or trying!}. She has handled this years tragedy very well and has been thoroughly vetted and was fully cleared for re-breeding weeks ago. I'm still thinking about it.....

05.01.2022 Dolly (Jessies Phantom) last served at 8am on the 1st, had her 15 day scan this morning...... took some searching but there it was! 12.5 day pregnancy! Frankie swimmers just don't give up! She will be having a 30 day scan to check it held ok but I'm super chuffed regardless.

05.01.2022 Great example of the reason I call all the mares up for a feed daily even though they don't really need it. Songbird needed her front feet cleaned out with a big chunk of stick wedged alongside her frog.... Berry and Tinker have settled in well with the herd and having to go into the river and dams to get water!

02.01.2022 BP Miss Can Do (Sienna) X BP Shadow Gunner (Frankie) 2021 foal colour possibilities. Had her rescanned when checking up on Dolly's baby and Vet thinks baby is a filly. (No guarantee though!) It just happened to be the right angle and timing.
