23.01.2022 Congrats to Bek, Grace and Tamika who stepped into the cage for their first spar today. Our policy is to teach defence for a few weeks before going into the cage for a light spar with an experienced partner. This way we avoid injuries and concussions.... Over the next few weeks the speed and intensity will be slowly increased. The drills the students do on the mats will reinforce their defensive skills and enhance their offensive array of techniques. We nurture our students to level up gradually.
